When you use our websites, cookies are stored on your computer. Cookies cannot initiate programs or lead viruses to your computer. They only serve to make the internet service more user-friendly and efficient. Information obtained through cookies is stored separately from other data we have. 8. Using Google Remarketing

Our sites use Google's remarketing feature. The function of this feature is to display ads based on the interests of a visitor on the Google Network. A cookie is stored in a visitor's web browser, and allows a visitor to be recognized later when visiting this site if it is part of Google's advertising network. On this site, visitors may be presented with ads related to the content previously viewed by a visitor on Google's remarketing sites. According to their privacy policy, Google does not collect any personal information through this process. You can deactivate cookies related to remarketing from Google directly in the cookie settings when you visit our website, or you can disable it by changing your settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads.

Visitors to our sites can establish fast communication with us using the Zopim chat tool. You do not need to enter personal information for communication, but the tool uses cookies and communications are archived. 12. Use of our online store

To order services in our online store, you need to provide some personal information. The required fields that are necessary for the performance of the contract, or in accordance with our legitimate interests, are specifically labelled; all other information is voluntary. Once you've created your account under "My Account," the data you've entered will be saved with editing and updates. The information you provide will be used to fulfil your order. We will remove this data after the contract has been executed and after the expiration of legitimate interest and the period of mandatory deposit according to legal regulations. To prevent unauthorized third party access to your personal data, especially financial data, the ordering process is encrypted.

13. Newsletter

The newsletter is sent to our customers. If you are not yet our customer, but choose to receive a newsletter on our site, we will save your e-mail address. The storage of this data is used exclusively for the purpose of sending you a newsletter (direct marketing). We also store your IP address and the times when you registered and confirmed to receive the newsletter. Submission of your e-mail address is the only condition we have for sending you a newsletter. Your agreement to receive a newsletter can be cancelled at any time, which also applies to our customers. When entering personal or business information (e-mail address, name, address), the data you provide is entirely voluntary. By entering this data, you agree that the data entered may be collected, processed, or used for the purposes of contacting you, processing the contract, direct marketing or the protection of our own legitimate business interests in terms of advice and support to our customers and potential customers. Personal or business data will not be collected, processed, or used for any other purpose. This consent may be revoked at any time by a subsequent action.

15. Right to obtain information and cancellation

You have the right to request information from us about the data we have saved at any time, as well as the origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data was transmitted and the purpose of the transmission. If you have agreed to the use the data, you may cancel this consent at any time. All requests and inquiries regarding information or objections concerning the processing of data should be sent by e-mail to support@onebit.cz or to the address mentioned in point 3.
